Acid Reflux
To reduce acid reflux symptoms follow the acid reflux diet.
Eliminate the following foods:
wheat
milk
refined white sugar
In addition:
avoid eating flesh foods (pork, beef, chicken, etc.) and carbohydrates (breads, rice, potatoes, corn, etc.) at the same meal.
Examples of acceptable food combinations are:
chicken and salad,
roasted potatoes with sautéed vegetables, and
beef stir-fry
