What do you mean by gluten-free?
On this website gluten-free means food made without wheat, spelt, kamut, rye, oats, and barley.

What do you mean by inner guidance?
Every person has access to knowledge within.  Some people call it intuition or gut reactions.  The inner knowings you have throughout your day is your inner guidance.  Resources on this website are intended to help you to connect more fully to your own intuition.  The meditations are not religious in nature, but they are about your own personal connection.

What if I do not have any food allergies, would the site be useful to me?

I paid for my subscription but do not see the welcome email in my inbox.
Check your junk mail folder if you do not see the welcome email in your inbox.  Set your email program to allow all emails from JoinMonica.com.

What is I decide that I want to cancel my membership?

Inside JoinMonica.com there are instructions for canceling your membership.  Auto-renewing subscriptions include an initial period followed by automatic renewal periods for uninterrupted service. Automatic renewal may be ended ("cancelled") during the initial period or any renewal period. Once cancelled, auto-renewal will cease and you will be billed no further. Cancellation cancels renewal; it does not terminate your account prematurely. Your membership remains active for the period already paid for so there is no refund or partial refund
