Leg Pain

leg pains and foodDo you have leg pains?  Muscle pains in your legs, restless leg syndrome, or sore knees and ankles - especially at night?

If you have any of these leg pain symptoms then your body is likely high in acidity.  Foods contribute to leg pains.

Eliminate the following foods from your diet:
leg pains and foodmilk and milk products,
coffee,
oranges, and maybe
potatoes.
