Menstrual Cramps
After many years of testing people for food sensitivities I have found that women with menstrual cramps (and PMS) are very sensitive to hormone fluctuations contributed to by the foods that they are eating.
To lessen menstrual cramps and PMS eliminate the following from your diet:
milk and milk products,
beef, and
pork.
In addition the cramping in worsened by a lack of calcium and magnesium which is contributed to by eating foods which raise the body's acidity.
Stop eating:

corn,
oranges, and sometimes
potatoes.
