To reduce the intensity and frequency of your migraines eliminate the following foods which are commonly associated with migraines from your diet:
refined white sugar.

Just before bed:
Bentonite (powder): 1 tsp in 8 ounces of water
Fiber Powder: 1 to 2 tsp in 8 ounces of water
If your headache is not gone then repeat two hours after lunch as well.
