Migraines that occur often may be a sign of an underlying intolerance to foods or a sensitivity to chemicals (caused by a stressed liver).
To reduce the intensity and frequency of your migraines eliminate the following foods which are commonly associated with migraines from your diet:
wheat, 
corn,
milk,
peanuts,
pork,
shellfish,
caffeine,
coffee, and
refined white sugar.

Sometimes headaches are a withdrawl reaction in the body. Have you ever gotten a headache when you stopped drinking coffee or eating sugar?
The solution is simple:
Just before bed:
Bentonite (powder): 1 tsp in 8 ounces of water
Fiber Powder: 1 to 2 tsp in 8 ounces of water
If your headache is not gone then repeat two hours after lunch as well.
