Psoriasis
If you have psoriasis it can be caused by, or worsened by, foods. What I am talking about are food sensitivities - in this case, foods that use up your body's essential fatty acids so that it causes a lack of fats in your skin and creates psoriasis!
Foods that can worsen psoriasis are:
milk and milk products,
oranges,
wheat,
rye, and
corn
Supplements for psoriasis:
To lessen the symptoms of psoriasis eliminate the foods listed above and take an essential fatty acid. Perhaps flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, borage oil, black currant seed oil, or evening primrose oil. Since some people are intolerant to fish please call Monica Levin (248-656-2505) for an appointment to be tested for food intolerances before you take fish oils.
